Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website https://kraftedkampers.co.za ("Website”) or by placing an order with Krafted Kampers (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

Our Products

Krafted Kampers designs and manufactures high-quality, custom-built Kampers.
Each unit is built to order according to the customer’s chosen specifications.

Please note:

• Each Kamper is handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown online due to design updates or material availability.

• Build times depend on current production schedules, supply chain timelines, and the complexity of your order.

• Consumable components and accessories are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent or higher-quality options where necessary.

Orders and Deposits

• Orders are confirmed only once a deposit or initial payment has been received.

• A detailed quotation outlining specifications, estimated completion date, and payment structure will be provided before production begins.

• Changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing and build timelines.

• Cancellations after production has started may result in forfeiture of deposits to cover material and labour costs already incurred.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments can be made via EFT or other approved payment methods indicated on your quotation or invoice.

• Full payment is required before delivery or collection.

Delivery and Collection

• Completed Kampers can be collected from our factory in Muldersdrift or delivered by arrangement.

• Delivery costs and timelines will be confirmed upon completion.

• Ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment, but risk of loss or damage passes upon collection or dispatch.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

• All new Kampers come with a limited warranty covering workmanship and structural integrity, subject to normal use and care.

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications is not covered.

• Consumables and third-party accessories are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

Returns and Refunds

Because each Kamper is custom-built to order, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless required by law.
If a product is found to be defective or not as specified, we will assess and repair or replace it where appropriate, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website - including designs, images, specifications, logos, and descriptions - remains the intellectual property of Krafted Kampers and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krafted Kampers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our Website, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes.
